Ventigrani is the result of an artisanal process that begins with the cultivation of wheat and ends with
bronze drawing, without glyphosates and very slow drying.
Every step is taken care of to ensure superior quality and authentic taste in every bite. A rough pasta, designed in this way to create a perfect combination with every sauce.
